Crisp pankobreaded white fish, served with red onions,
tomatoes, pickled cucumber and lettuce.
Homemade fries and Dag H's fish dressing on the side.
Served in a crisp, organic brioche-bun.

Østerbro Fish Cakes  **  kr. 129,-
Fish cakes served with homemade remoulade,
rye bread and a small salad.

Tartar kr. 145,-
Stirred tartar of Danish beef served with raw egg yolk and

horseradish. In salad and homemade chips with mustard mayo.

Potatoes on rye bread  kr. 115,-

Potatoes served on toasted rye bread with mustard mayo,
cream cheese, radishes, spring onions, watercress and bacon.

Toast Skagen    kr. 129,-
Salad of prawns tossed with mayo, scallions and dill. Served with
roe and toast. In salad with asparagus.

Dag H's chicken salad with tarragon, bacon, watercress,

asparagus and pickled red onions. Served on toasted rye bread.
